But at the same time, newcomers who see their questions get shut with cold steel are going to feel somewhat vexed by it. There's no getting away from that. | |

If a new (necessarily low rep) user comes in with a set of awesome answers and questions, as near as I can tell, they're treated quite well also. I also tend to go read through their other posts if I see a really good one and upvote their other awesome Qs & As as well. | |
