Wrong link pulled into report when recording an exact duplicate on another SE site
There is no concept of closing a question as a duplicate on another Stack Exchange site.
If a question is inappropriately cross-posted, flag it for moderator attention and it will be deleted.

Why do the links to chat rooms show up randomly?
Generally we suppress house ad sidebar elements until there are enough answers that the "Related Questions" -- which are rather important -- are not pushed down too far.
