Should we try to eliminate password reset questions?
I agree. Any admin that had been at the game for a while, knows about the change-nt-password utility for local account, and questions re: domain password cracking, need to go.

What is the meaning of the square box around question answer?
I think you are talking about the dotted line? Red means there are no answers. Light green means the question has been answered, and dark green means an answer has been accepted.

When should Links be provided in Answers?
I think a link should be provided whenever possible in an answer, whether it's to a product or article if it is on topic, relevant to the question, and not a blatant product push.
