closed because the questioner didnt search
A "No Research" close reason is just begging to be abused, I'd be afraid to add one. It's pretty clear from all the site's documentation and the time we've spent explaining how to ask a good question that we expect to be AFTER Google in the help-seeking chain though. A "Custom" close and a comment pointing at any of those pages would be my choice if there's no good duplicate target & it's a REALLY lazy question.

Is the new 'Documentation' thingy something we might also be interested in?
@Reaces Questions should not need to be answered more than once. This is precisely why "Close as duplicate" exists. Server Fault's continual problem is people screaming "It's NOT a duplicate! Your post makes it say foo and I want it to say bar!" - they literally want someone to do their job (or be their free sysadmin) and give them something to cut and paste into the terminal. Learning is not their goal, mashing the button that makes the dialog box go away is. I'd be willing to give SO's new documentation idea a go, but it will definitely not solve that core problem.

Tag reverse is ambiguous
(also I believe tag/content blacklisting still requires CM intervention too, but generally if we get rid of the "bad" tag it won't come back as it won't be auto-suggested anymore)

Tag reverse is ambiguous
@womble In order to clean up tags without spamming the front page you need to bribe a CM or Developer to fiddle with the database - otherwise for retagging the general rule is like Iain said: Community consensus and try not to flood the front page with tag changes :)

Can we have more "Suggested Sites" for question migrations?
What option(s) do you feel are missing, and how often do you think you'd use them? As others mentioned the list is effectively capped at 5 but we can get the list of migration targets changed if there's a good reason to do so.
