How to ask correctly here on serverfault?
The close reason used to close your question leads directly to a post on meta How can I ask better questions on ServerFault, in what regard did that not provide an answer to the question you ask above?

Regardless of what you would like to see, meta is the part of the site where users discuss the workings and policies of Server Fault rather than discussing server, networking, or related infrastructure administration itself. Your question is off topic on the main site.

Alternatively: if there are a couple of up-votes on this answer, I or another moderator can also take care of that.

Do we consider Bitnami to fall under the cPanel close reason?
My search seems to be acting differently from yours as I get only 3 questions over the last month... Odd. - Although the arguments against bitnami as a one-click installer may be similar to those we use against control panels, that existing default close reason may be confusing to the OP without clarification. You can VtC with a custom reason instead as well
