Simple Question: are homelab questions are on topic for Serverfault
IIRC The platform used by all SE sites allows each SE site 5 site/community specific custom close reasons, and 5 site specific "This question belongs on another site in the SE network" migration targets, including a mandatory link to "meta.serverfault.com" . The site moderators and/or community manager can adjust the texts/links - But for me "Questions should demonstrate reasonable information technology management practices." and "Questions on Server Fault must be about managing IT systems in a business environment." are good enough for home lab questions that I cast close votes on.

Low effort questions with lack of basic troubleshooting
I use the github.com/Benjol/SE-AutoReviewComments browser extension with my own stock comments that I often use when the limited number of serverFault specific close reasons don’t quite cover my reason to VtC. I like to point to meta.serverfault.com/questions/3608/… that addresses most important information that people need to include in a question including basic debugging

Problems with low-traffic Stack Exchange sites
Note that many actions by "the community" are triggered by automated algorithms with any (further) human intervention. - And by deleting your own questions they will definitely never be answered.

Why is the question about Nginx, MySQL and Wordpress is off-topic?
Hand-holding, teaching the basics, home work and home labs are definitely not on-topic. SuperUser might be more fitting for the knowledge level displayed in such questions, or the generic Unix / Linux Stack Exchange site.

You missed that Server Fault is a site for information technology professionals -- as such we have certain professional expectations when people ask a question here, and one of those expectations is that your question shows you did some research, found and read the vendor documentation and/or tried a solution before asking the internet for help. You're not expected to solve everything yourself, but then at least you can write a great question that we can help you answer.
