Restrict some formatting options for posting answers
I believe we already do penalize them - they are not allowed to use links which makes referencing difficult. I see why this is being made, but taking the headlines away as well would be patronizing IMHO.

Is this type of answer acceptable?
This meta QA is anything but a representative sample. It also typically will represent the attitude of the regular answer posters, not the one of questioners or information seekers who are likely to have different views on things. As long as he is posting profound answers, he definitely should be left alone. Personal resentments or controversies around taste or style surely do not diminish the value of his contribution.

Changes in "Human Detection" algorithm?
Ah, I see it has been stated already that this is the root of the problem. My bad, I should have read the comments beforehand :=|

Voting on the FAQ rewrite, round 2
changing tags to links sounds like a good idea. It would make for a more compact read

Vote: Do we want code highlighting?
Either I am getting colorblind or the code highlighting does not deserve its name - the changes in color nuances on keywords are marginal and hardly distinguishable (at least on my screen). Are there personal settings to change the color scheme for highlighting?

Request to add visual difference between blockquotes and code blocks
Hmm, I wonder if this feature request is to be implemented some day? tex.SE has something similar already - blockquotes are enclosed by horizontal lines, code sniplets are not. Although there is a recent motion for syntax highlighting, the implementation of which would make the issue less pressing, it still would be very nice to have.

FAQ Rewrite edit round 1
While I agree that it should read "mostly okay practice" instead, it is a set phrase now and something people (TM) are looking for. I wanted to emphasize on the organizational aspect of things - questions like "how do I do XY" tend to get several answers illuminating a multitude of aspects of a problem and thus presenting a valuable resource.

can somebody please shorten the sentence for me? I can't think of a better phrase but feel that it reads clumsy.

Question that cannot be answered?
While a good idea in general, he already stated that he does not know what MS support did - and apparently the support reps are unable to tell concisely as well. Not sure if this makes a good "accepted answer".
