But sysadmin is such a male-dominated field already, I hate even more the thought that someone female wanders in, and gets alienated for no better reason than being addressed as male. I propose we take a page from LambdaMOO and adopt the Spivak gender neutral pronouns (e laughs, I hugged em, eir heart warmed, that is eirs, e loves emself) :-)
