FPM has been bundled with PHP 5.3.3 and on wards, so having two different tags does not make any sense until php6 is released. I still doubt that the FPM functionality will heavily change.

Those answers could use a touch of cleanup... But they're merged now.
Also, closed questions with upvoted answers are never removed or otherwise "lost".

screen does seem too generic. I'm merging screen into gnu-screen.
I did see a few questions under that tag that weren't about GNU screen, but apparently about the user's physical display. Any such questions that remain should have that tag removed. I think I got them all, but it would be helpful for another person or two to look over the list of questions ...

I disagree. There are enough differences between LTO generations to warrant different tags.
With the same argument, you could merge all Windows server variant tags into one.

No, they shouldn't. mod_pagespeed concerns this, while page-speed is a much more generic term (see this question as an example).
Those tags are not optimal, but they are not synonyms.
